Meet Freda Kooij

Founder & Director, FK Consulting

With a career in the Real Estate Industry spanning over two decades, and co-author of 3 publications – Freda Kooij brings a wealth of experience, insight, and integrity to the work she does with both individual agents and agencies.
Since entering the industry in the early 2000s, Freda has worked across a wide range of roles and real estate environments. Over the years, she became increasingly aware of the need for structured support, ethical guidance, and practical training—especially for those entering the profession or navigating new regulatory requirements.
That’s what led to the founding of FK Consulting: a training and compliance consultancy built on the belief that real estate professionals thrive when they are well-informed, well-supported, and values driven.
