6. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
- All products and services offered are payable in full upfront, unless stated otherwise or agreed upon in writing beforehand.
- Product Delivery Fees are invoiced separately, and due and payable before an order is processed.
- Products will be ordered from our suppliers within 24 Hours of payment received from the user. Our Suppliers take up to 5-7 working days for fulfilment of orders, and we will subsequently courier your product within 3 days of receiving the product from our supplier. The total turnaround time, Subsequently, is 10-14 business days.
- We do not offer refunds on services. Clients / users will receive a credit where applicable; please refer to our Service Level Agreement for further details on service refunds.
- Refunds on products will only be processed where the product is faulty, and is subject to receiving the faulty product back from the client. The Refund will then be processed within 7 working days from receiving the product back from the client. Shipping of faulty products must be done by, and is for the cost of the client / user.
7. Payment Gateway
- We use a secure payment gateway (iKhokha) for all transactions on our website.
- Your payment details (such as credit card information) are encrypted and processed securely.
- We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.
- By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider.
